FORMULA 1
TESTING
SILVERSTONE, JUNE 2000
The
following pictures partially document a day at Silverstone racing circuit,
the home of the British Formula 1 Grand Prix. Applying in advance for
Media status for the purpose of collating new material for my colleague
Gubby's formula 1 web site, we had access to all areas. This gave us the
perfect position to gain some unique photographs.
Imagine if
you will being stood on pit wall, at the end of the straight. The cars go
past at anything up to 180mph, depending on the car set-up. The noise is
incredible, especially in the confines of the garages. We were fortunate
enough to have time to meet the drivers as well. All in all, a very
successful day. Enjoy this selection.
